Fall Is Here

October 22, 2008 by josephdevon · Leave a Comment

Fall is here.

I don’t know.

Yeah it’s colorful.

But now it’s not warm anymore.

This means that the New York City apartment radiator dance is about to start where I have to constantly adjust the openness of my window to combat the dragonesque super-parching heat of my radiator.  Then, when it really gets bad, I’ll wake up with a nosebleed and have to incorporate a humidifier into the dance.

Sure is pretty, though.

I also find it funny when details from my stories start popping up in my life.  I don’t know why it always surprises me, not really sure where else these details would come from, but at times it’s like a “Where’s Waldo” adventure where I get to poke through what I’ve written recently in order to find chunks of my life.  Who can spot nosebleeds?  Who can spot radiators?
